Scott Westgarth, former light-heavyweight boxer sadly passed away at just 31. Scott tragically died as a result of head injuries following a fight in February. Scott's mother Rebecca recently released that he had donated his organs to seven people and as a result had actually saved seven lives. His mother recently spoke on the event ... “They told me seven people had been saved. He helped people right to the end of his life, that was how he was. He would help anybody.” By him donating his organs and saving others he had provided his family with some comfort in such a hard time for them. "He helped people right to the end. He always stuck up for the underdog, he would help anybody. He was so kind, happy brave," his Mum added.
A Go Fund Me page was set up in Scott’s memory – and has raised almost £9,000 for his family so far.
