Sheffield's inner city festival, Tramlines, kicks off tomorrow and the entire city is feeling the buzz that arrives once a year.
The festival is set to be bigger than ever with acts such as Kano, Metronomy, The Pharcyde and The Libertines taking to the stages at Ponderosa, Devonshire Green and The Folk Forest and we've been told to expect new additions to the festival, such as the 'into the trees' feature, where we'll see a whole host of DJs playing killer sets over the weekend.
The festival began as small scale event 9 years ago and through the support of the city, we've seen it grow over the years to become Sheffield's biggest event. It's great to see the community spirit that makes Sheffield such a wonderful place to live, bringing the whole of Sheffield together in a celebration of music and art.
Alongside the main stages, there will be fringe event kicking off in just about every venue across Sheffield. If you're a Sheffielder then be sure to be in the city centre this weekend because you don't want to miss out!
